Can I bring my child to training? When it comes to young children and infants at the fitness center, we unfortunately have to say no to this. It primarily has to do with safety. We do not want a situation to arise where a child is injured or worse with us. We have many members who train with us during the day, and heavy objects are not a lucky combination with small children.
