Once you have registered as a member with us, you must download the "Membro" app to access the centre.
Remember that you must register as a customer before using the app. In the app, you get a separate code that you scan at the entrance and at the gate inside the door.

Our wardrobes do not require a padlock or card to lock.
To open the cabinet:
Press "Start"
Enter your personal code (4 digits)
Tap the lock icon
Open the cupboard
To lock the cabinet:
Repeat the same process as when you opened the cabinet.

Yes, we do!
We have wardrobes with cupboards for valuables, shower and toilet.
We also have our own wardrobe with a shower for the disabled in the 1st floor.

Vi er glade for å kunne tilby gruppetimer fra høsten 2025!
Vi er i gang med oppussing av gruppetimerommet i 2.etasje, og førstkommende høst vil den være klar for bruk!

Vi har to dedikerte personlige trenere på senteret:
Kristian Krognes og Sandra Fløan.
Disse står klare til å hjelpe deg å nå ditt mål, enten det går på trening, ernæring eller en kombinasjon av disse.
Personlig trener er for deg som ønsker hjelp, en ekstra dytt eller veiledning til å nå dine mål innen trening og/eller ernæring. Alle har ulike mål, enten du er nybegynner eller erfaren innen trening.

Yes, we have!
We have several changing rooms with lockers for valuables, shower and toilet. We also have a wardrobe for the disabled for changing, lockers for valuables and a shower.

As a member of GO Training, you use the Membro app to enter the centre. When you become a member, you receive a code via text message which is used for logging in!
